We just arrived at our hotel after an amazing dinner at Malak. Living in Amsterdam, visiting Malak was the main reason for coming to Jaen. And it did not dissapoint! First of all, the Michelin star is well deserved. The menu was really well designed, with high quality local products and some surprising flavour combinations (the desserts were spectaculair).
