We waited for the 830pm opening and the venue sprung open. The host was able to find a space and also managed to help our lack of Spanish language and our preference for less red meat. The highlights included a roasted fruit salad and a boletus mushroom dish with blue cheese sauce. Draft beer was also a nice surprise.

Excellent food, and friendly service from owner Victor who kindly explained each item on the menu in English and made a better selection for us than we could have. We had artichokes cooked in a light pastry case with ham and cheese, followed by a slow cooked rack of lamb. Both were delicious. The best food we have had at a restaurant for a long time. Quiet Wednesday evening. The kind staff gave us their full attention, helped to translate the menu, provided some local knowledge and local wine. We ordered the goats cheese salad and the white garlic soup. Both were delicious. The service was impeccable and the cost was very low. The evening was relaxed. I couldn't recommend this place more.
