Sushi bar offering high quality food, with traditional recipes and personal re-interpretations of traditional ones that do not disappoint. Everything is enriched by a not intrusive molecular touch that makes every dish a discovery. Their interpretation of the Italian pizza, made of rice topped with fish and fusion sauces, is one of the most delicious food I have tasted so far. Highly recommended if you like Japanese or fusion cuisine. Prices are appropriate to the offer; with 35/40€ per person you can get off the table pretty satisfied.

Amazing quality and 'fresh' dishes, this restaurant fully deserves the high rating in Google! We had pork gyoza, makis with salmon (Alaska Roll) and the unique sushi pizza, and some top quality SapporoJapanese beer. All were so delicious that we couldn't help and order some more 😄 We sat on the terrace, in a beautiful plaza, just across the first built church in Tenerife, Iglesia de La Concepcion. Our waitress was very welcoming and friendly, dishes were brought relatively quick, so the whole experience was delightful.

Highlight of our day: great time great food great service. higher pricing but totally worth it. very nice taste combination with amazing quality of rice, not mushy as other restaurants here. the eel sauce can be quite sweet but overall wonderful time spend. 🫶 Just wish they open at 12:00. they only open their kitchen at 13:30 which is so late for my lunch time Recommendation: Alaska roll, Unagi roll and Ceviche roll
