A blonde waitress with straight, shoulder-length hair is incredibly rude. We went in intending to eat, and my partner went to the restroom. She yelled at him in the middle of the bar, "Hey, honey, the restroom isn't there. Can't you read?" That's no way to treat anyone. We left because we're not going to pay for disrespect. We're from the neighborhood, and this bar is by far the worst in terms of customer service.

You order two coffees, a braided pastry, and a potato omelet sandwich. It's 11:15 in the morning, you go out to the tables on the terrace (which were set up but without chairs), and a waitress rudely tells you that you have to leave. She keeps repeating it until you ask her to speak to the owner so he can tell you that you can't be there. There's no sign saying you can't be on the terrace, but those are their rules and you have to follow them. And of course, after you've paid, nobody tells you beforehand that you can't use the terrace table to put your drinks on.
