Absolutely disappointing experience. The burger was completely raw and therefore inedible. This is something that simply must not happen in a restaurant. The fries were just as bad, tasting strongly of fish, as if they had been fried in the same oil as fish and chips. Completely unacceptable. We also ordered three steaks “medium well”. What we received was meat that was clearly undercooked, closer to medium rare or even raw. This is not a minor mistake but a serious failure in preparation. When a specific level of doneness is ordered, it should be respected. The worst part: one of the steak

I had a lovely evening in Casona Los Marangos. I ordered 3 tapas and was very happy with them all. I’m a solo traveller and was welcomed with warmth. It’s a beautiful restaurant situated in a lovely street just off Plaza Constitution. It’s very reasonably priced and the portions are very big. I really enjoyed and will return again. And thank you Bruno for your amazing service 😍

Had the grilled squid and meat balls in the tapas. It tasted so good especially the squid topped with the Chimichuri sauce and sprinkle of sea salt was the highlight. They also have good vegetarian options in the pasta. Had the Ricotta Ravioli pasta and it was cooked perfectly and the sauce was tasty.
