Definitely a Michelin restaurant. We were in 2-groups of eight and they accommodated us at two tables in close proximity. We had just come from a wedding welcome party so I wasnt very hungry. But, 3 shareable, entree, and 3 shared desserts later (at our table) we were all so glad we came.

Abya is located in the stunning Palacio de Saldaña in Madrid, an impressive venue filled with beautiful art pieces that immediately elevate the experience. We dined at Planta Uno, and the setting alone is truly memorable. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations on New Year’s Eve. Several dishes lacked flavor, and multiple guests at our table were served undercooked fish. Additionally, some dishes were served on uncomfortable plates that made them difficult to eat.
