A very negative experience. This bakery has a €4 minimum for card payments, which I can understand in the café area, but it seems excessive when you only want to buy a loaf of bread or other basic, inexpensive items. Furthermore, the person who served me was not at all friendly and didn't even try to make an exception, even though it was my first time there. Following company rules is one thing, but showing absolutely no flexibility or courtesy towards the customer is another. I don't think I'll be back.
