Our first meal in Seville I did some searching around our hotel. I came across this tapas bar and restaurant. They serve up some eclectic tapas with some artistic flair in their presentation. The server was super friendly and offered suggestions for bottle wine. We ended up with a great bottle of Los Aguilares Tinto 2024 Ronda. We ordered the following dishes. 1. All tapas dishes are beautifully presented. However, the taste of the sauce should be improved... E.g. the award-winning El Ultimo bano has few layers: upper was plain, bottom was too soy sauced like from supermarket. The bread with the pork seemed not warm enough as the pork. The cod sause with yellow and green was also a bit plain though it looks sooo yummy at the first glance. Overall, there are better choice but a good cafe overall. Sangria seems to be added more water. Beautiful decoration of green chairs and designy lamp.
