It’s a lovely, traditional Spanish patisserie. From the outside, you wouldn’t realise they have seating inside, so it was a pleasant surprise as we were hoping to sit down and enjoy our desserts. There’s a great variety to choose from, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The staff were polite and efficient, even though the place was very busy. Despite the constant flow of customers, it was impressively clean and well maintained. A perfect spot to take a break and enjoy something sweet.

Fantastic steeped in tradition institution of Madrid. Have to stop for a hot chocolate and a pastry. The old world charm is very much alive. Incredibly busy, constant flow of people at breakfast time but we did not wait for long to be seated and we saw the same with other customers. The service is tip top, they are friendly and super efficient. Generally older local generation all dressed immaculately with a few tourists - great indication if locals frequent then it is trustworthy and good 👍
