The place is beautifully decorated, with a good separation of spaces. The service is very friendly and attentive. They have good starters and desserts. The meat dishes are delicious. I had a conversation with the cow and he said he lived a meaningful life. The chef cooked him with respect. Perfectly medium from top, down, and left, right. Galician beef is very lean and delicate. So, it was really nice to see good millard reaction underneath the steak despite it being lean - quite hard to do unless over extreme heat. It was also a great decision to just add flor de sal and a touch of rosemary. Really juicy steak for such a lean cut. Of course, no steak should be made without charcoal.
