Panaria, near Valencia’s Central Market, charged us nearly 45 euros for an absolutely basic order: two eggs Benedict toasts, one croissant, two coffees, and a juice. Busy place with typical tourist-level prices. When you order dishes like eggs and salmon, don’t expect them to be served hot — they’re basically cold, though still good. Would I come back? Probably not. I prefer a hot breakfast, or at least something warm.

Coffee was a huge disappointment, tasted so bad I couldn't finish it. The prices are not disclosed so you don't know how much you will be charged until you finalise your order. It was also the first place in Valencia where I was charged extra for oat milk. Unfair business practice is the least to say. Avoid at all costs.
