Good food, surprised that nobody in the staff was Persian. The restaurant is very authentic, with the exception that the staff was not Persian. As Iranians, we often miss the familiar tastes, flavors, and decorations of home when abroad. Recently, I had lunch with friends at Shiraz restaurant, an authentic Iranian spot. From the moment we entered, the warm and friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home, surrounded by traditional Iranian décor. The highlight of our meal was the traditional kebab. My favorite is "Barg," but I also tried "Koobideh" and "Bakhtiyari." All were well-cooked and served with fresh, warm bread baked on the spot. Finding Iranian bread was a pleasant surprise !!!!!
