「Mr. Dandy」是龜時間的主人翁。一隻特別的斑龜，也是一名高雄的 「熱帶紳士」。今年101歲。喜歡鶴宮寓發生的一切、蔬菜、熱帶水果、風、綠色、白色和古銅色。享受一杯咖啡的當下時光，這是他的「龜時間」。 2021年，屬於「Ｍr. Dandy」的線上選物店 ，在這裡正式成立。有誕生於「鶴宮寓 ho̍k house 」的商品，也有 「龜時間 goöod time」的選品。
