This cafe has a very nostalgic decor. We ordered a latte, a single origin and a nitrogen infused coffee. The coffees were quite good. I enjoyed my nitrogen coffee which tasted not acidic at all, instead had a sweet undertone and like the barista said, frothy on the top like beer. Interesting experience. Can get busy so expect queues if you come during peak time.

Please order the same thing!!! It was iced cappuccino and lemon tart! LEGIT SLAPS! The cafe seems to be flocked with regulars from students to normal office workers. One of a few cafes that open till late. Outside was rustic and cool looking but I didn’t take any pics. They have takeaway window too.

Gan Dan is my favorite cafe in Tainan. They make amazing lattes here. The people who own the cafe are very kind and sweet. The vibe here is special. I love to sit near the window and daydream, while sipping amazing coffee and staring out the window at the little temple nearby. This cafe is a lovely, wonderful place.
