I’ve ordered drink by GRAB - Self pick up. When I visited the shop, female staff has rejected to prepare my drink. She said because Grab driver must to pick up, not pick up by customer own. I explained that I paid money by GRAB However she keep refusing to prepared my order. I reported and claimed this happen to GRAB, hope they refund money. So bad and sad experience. Please be careful to order Self pick up this shop to avoid lost your time and money.
