The marinated watermelon refreshing after a long visit at the museum, and the portion was large and satisfying. My friend had chocolate tart. It was very solid chocolate as well with almost no four in the filling (depending on everyone’s liking). Service was slow (the dessert and salad took quite a while) but friendly.

The Aptitude Cafe located at the Louvre Abu Dhabi Park in the Saddiyat Cultural District, right across the Abu Dhabi Louvre Museum, is a little quaint cafe with a nice atmosphere, specially late afternoon, due to the lights of the museum. Service was impecable. Food was great. We tires then Smashed Avo sandwich (avocado, cherry tomatoes and chili flakes) and the Maccheroncini pasta ( with mushrooms, parsley, Alfredo source and parmesan cheese). Both dishes were delicious. Really first class. There is a section along the promenade facing the museum that opens late afternoon. It looks rally cool with small tables facing the pool by the museum. Definitely worth a stop after visiting the Louvre Museum. The Guggenheim Abu Dhabi museum, now under construction, is just a few minutes walk from the Aptitude Cafe.
