We had an amazing experience from start to finish. We started with the beef crudo, which was absolutely delicious. For the main course, we had the grilled Australian tenderloin with fries and an incredible chimichurri sauce. For drinks, I enjoyed an excellent Italian white wine, while my friend had the delicious Midnight Paloma and Lychee Over the Clouds cocktails. We also had the pleasure of experiencing cocktails crafted by bartender Manish, who created outstanding drinks tailored to our tastes. His creativity and attention to detail truly elevated the evening. Overall, I loved the dining experience. The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive and thoughtful with every detail. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back and try their famous brunch!

We went to Conrad Etihad Towers as part of the dine and stay promotion, with brunch at Ray’s Bar , and I can say that our experience has been great. Aside from the overflowing food and drinks, the service was one of the best we’ve seen in a while. They were very attentive and were constantly checking up on us. Moreover, they were very accommodating especially towards my wife’s needs, since she has seafood allergies. They made sure that she was comfortable and they replaced all the seafood items with alternatives that she can safely consume. The service team was amazing, especially May who took care of us the most. And the view, that is something else. We will definitely be back soon!

Ray’s Bar is really one of the most beautiful places in Abu Dhabi. The 360 view of the city is magical, especially in the sunset! I love the ambience and music, the design of the venue and all the small details, everything feels very classy and elegant. The staff are super kind and accommodating, special thank you to the manager Mr Jogesh, for his kind hospitality, professionalism and promptness, and the wonderful kind waiters especially Sanchana and Dorothy.
