Zafran Mughlai Cuisine – Flavourful Food with Great Service Zafran Mughlai Cuisine near Nesto in Ajman is a fantastic spot if you’re craving rich, authentic flavours. The food was very tasty, full of proper Mughlai spices and cooked to perfection. Every dish felt well-prepared, with clear attention to detail in both presentation and taste. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, and the service was fast and efficient. A special mention goes to Junaid, who was excellent in helping us choose our dishes and making sure everything was just right. His recommendations were spot on and made the experience even better. The only downside is parking, which can be a bit difficult to find around the area, especially during busy times. Aside from that small issue, Zafran delivers great food, strong service, and a pleasant dining experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Ajman.

I ordered mutton paya, which was reasonably priced AED 14, and well-cooked with great flavor. The tawa paratha was also fresh and tasty. Seating is a bit limited, and the upper floor is currently closed, which can make it slightly crowded. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit in Ajman for a satisfying meal.

There is no proper car parking available here, which makes it very difficult to visit by car. Getting your vehicle back from nearby parking is a big problem, as other cars often park behind and block the exit. The Tandoori barbecue tikka was okay, but the Charsi mutton karahi was extremely oily. The management should seriously consider arranging a reserved car parking area and reducing the excessive oil used in the food. Overall, the experience needs improvement.

Amazing food in this restaurant. The taste was really good, the ambience was amazing but the best thing i found is their service. Staff was super friendly. One thing that was strange is the location of the restaurant, on right and left there are garages and its in industrial area where normally you don’t find this kind of high scale family restaurant. Recently visited Zafran Restaurant & Kitchen for their buffet. The food was really good and flavorful — everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. However, the family seating area was upstairs while the buffet was downstairs, which made it a bit inconvenient to move around. Parking was also a bit of a challenge. Overall, it was a nice dining experience with delicious food, but a few improvements in setup and parking would make it even better. 🍽️
