Visited this pub many times and always enjoy the experience. The food is decent with some room for improvement, and their happy hour has great offers that make it even more worthwhile. Extremely poor communication by staff. Had called and messaged the manager regarding availability for 4 people on new years eve. He messsaged me saying seats are full. So i said ok and decided to make alternate plans for new years eve. Later got a call from the pub at 4 pm saying they have availability. They also said they have an unlimited package charged per person . I said i am not interested in unlimited package and asked if they have "alacarte" option. She said yes. That means we can order per item without taking the package. Later we reached there at 9:30 pm, the time we had booked the table. On reaching and taking the table they suddenly changed their word and said its only package available. I said they themselves had called me and said " al a carte" is available. They refused saying they never said anything like that. I asked to speak to the manager but he csme and said the same thing. In the end the 4 of us decided to leave. Basically they destroyed our new years eve plans.
