I always order on the app to collect at drive thru, this branch has never had the food at the window, it’s always go wait and we will bring it out… well today I waited 25 minutes in the carpark after ordering. FAST FOOD this is not in any sense. Background to this is, I ordered on app 5-10 minutes earlier, pulled up to drive thru, gave my code they said go to collection window… at the collection window, the young boy serving said go wait in the carpark, i didn’t really hear clearly so I asked and he again said, with a bit more sarcastic tone “yes, go wait in the carpark”, so I did. Bradley is one of the most helpful and hardworking staff members at McDonald’s. He’s always polite, approachable, and makes customers feel welcome every time I am in. No matter how busy it gets, he keeps a great attitude. His effort and positive energy definitely stand out and make the experience better every time.

Once again, ordered online for delivery, and for the 4th time in a row there were missing items. Only part gets refunded, and you are still left without food. Absolutely useless. Go to Coatbridge Showacase McDonald’s, they can actually manage to fulfil an order properly

my mccrispy took 30 mins to be made not a meal just the burger on its own felt like i was fading away got to say though drew at the drive through was an excellent worker and i believe he deserves recognition and is a bright up and coming employee
