This store clearly does not value online orders. I waited 25 minutes for a mocha and a croissant — one drink and one pastry — while watching a steady stream of walk-in customers get served ahead. The message was obvious: if you’re not standing at the counter, you’re not a priority. It wasn’t about complexity. It wasn’t about being overwhelmed. It was about poor organisation and worse prioritisation. Offering online ordering and then treating those tickets like an afterthought is unprofessional. Never ever come here unless it’s just for the drive through!!! What is the point of having a cafe in a place where you can only stay for 1hr and 30 mins? We went shopping to Lidl and wanted to enjoy having a cup of coffee and some food at the sturbucks, a week later a 100£ fine came through the door for staying at the car park for too long… most expensive breakfast of my life.

I wouldn’t recommend parking in the lot by this cafe.The free parking is limited to 90 minutes, and if you want to stay longer, there’s no option to extend it. There’s no parking meter or way to pay for additional time, and you can end up receiving a £100 fine for using a private car park. While the Starbucks itself was fine, the parking situation makes no sense and is very inconvenient.
