This is the best pub I’ve found in London. It’s simple, authentic, and free from crowds of tourists. The prices are fair for those who live in Archway. Amber and Chris, who work there, are always friendly and welcoming. The pub has a three-legged cat who’s very well cared for. He only likes people he knows, so be careful when you first meet him — he can be a bit grumpy. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, the beer is excellent, there’s a pool table, board games on the shelves, comfy sofas, and bar stools perfect for chatting with Chris and Amber. The pub is great. The three-legged cat is adorable, I loved meeting him. However, the staff member Chris could be friendlier and not treat people so rudely. My friend didn’t feel comfortable with him, and this isn’t the first time it has happened.
