Visited last night with friends. We opt take away, Services was absolutely great and fast delivery. Atmosphere was good. Have plenty seating capacity. Washroom is tidy. Parking space available and 24 hours of working ❤️ Had Mc Spicy meal🔥

10:40pm 17.01.26 Food took 20 mins from ordering to being able to collect it. Chips and chicken selects came out cold (big arch came out with a warm temperature). Increasing prices (£10.49 for a burger meal!?), decreasing sauce sizes for the increased cost. Not sure it's worth it anymore for a McDonald's.

I placed an order through the app, and it never arrived. When I try to contact them, they just say they're sorry, ask for my information, and then disconnect me from the help section. They should offer a refund or improve their service. You make money, and we lose out. We pay for food, and it never arrives.

I wanted to leave a review as we popped into the Arnold Nottingham branch this bank holiday monday for a breakfast. It was around 8.15am ish. We were served by a very nice young man, he had a cheery, happy attitude, he was polite and helpful.I believe his name was Wesley. It was a pleasure to be served by him.
