Subject: Complaint Regarding Staff Behaviour at Costa I would like to make a complaint about an incident that happened at Costa on the 6th of March. I visited the store with my boyfriend to have a coffee. When we arrived, there was very little seating space available. I was feeling quite tired and wanted to sit down. There was a table with a tray on it containing used cups that someone had left after finishing their drinks. The tray did not belong to me; it had clearly been left there by another customer.
