This McDonald's can be so slow, even for the most basic order. I always think it will be a quick stop and it turns into parking up, waiting for food, missing bits of the order. Honestly it is quicker to drive to a McDonald's a little bit further away than wait for the correct and fulfilled order here. Often they have forgotten parts of the order, don't add sauces or straws or something basic. Could do with a big staff training incentive or overhaul! Could be great!

We ordered delivery through the app, 1 medium mccrispy meal for my little brother, 1 nine spicy McNugget meal and some chilli cheese bites for myself. Everything came except the mccrispy, took pictures of everything including the receipt and complained. Only received a refund of £2.59 and had to pay £10.49 again for the burger to be delivered. Absolute joke, I used to work in fast food and handled deliveries, here there seems to be no care for quality checks before sending it off with the driver; still work in hospitality and quality checks are still just as important. Drive through. Took a while to take my order even though there were only 5 cars in front. Order taken at 16.38. Was asked to wait in car park as it wasn’t ready. 16.55 before it was delivered. There were at least 6 cars waiting. Fast food, I think not. Will not be using this outlet again.

Wish i could rate 0, an absolute joke. Ordered food, not a big order either, and we had a big mac missing and drinks had spilled all over as lids had not been put on properly. Rang them up and said i couldnt get a refund and couldnt get a new burger or drinks. Im getting fed up of this, need some staff that KNOW what they are doing and someone on the phone that isnt a waste of time!!
