Customer service is poor, food is terrible. Ordered bao buns, they were deep fried and tasted like I was chewing cardboard. Hardly any sauce with them and no Asian slaw as advertised. Their own app won't let you make a payment online and staff weren't interested when I let them know.

We had a takeaway last night from Waka Express. If you order by phone they dont start making it until you get there as all made fresh which is good but you do have to wait a bit. There is nothing to do while you wait as tvs both not working. Spider webs hanging from the main light in the shop. Makes you wonder how clean it is in other areas. Food was ok and the girl on the till was very friendly and smiley. Good prices bit cheaper than Bawon was the previous place. Might give it a 3rd try and this was our 2nd.

Jerk dry chicken skewers, consisting of folded flaps of meat, and then wadges of rice (like actual balls when trying to lift with a fork), spring rolls not good 😔.... I'd try again in 6 months when teething probs are hopefully overcome but our order Is mostly going in the bin. A shame, cos we were really rooting for a decent Chinese close to home. Fingers crossed for our next order - the flavours are good for the sauces but quality needs addressed. Will try again in a few weeks, hopefully they'll have found their niche and be able to show what they can really do without the pressure of being

I have had 3/4 meals takeaway and not fully enjoyed any. Chips are thin cut which I don't like with curry. Rice is short grain and more like sushi rice. Sping rolls are more like rice stuffed and little or no vegetables. Overall the quality is good but not the style I like.
