What should have been a relaxed evening for three girls turned into one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I have ever had. As soon as we ordered and sat down, the staff member at the till, who told us his name was Shakil, approached us and rudely demanded that we move tables. His tone and attitude were aggressive from the start. Rather than speaking respectfully, he made us feel unwelcome and intimidated. The situation escalated when he started forcefully moving and throwing chairs over the sofa area. As three female
