The store is nice, large, and well kept, but I had a disappointing experience in the clothes area. The school uniform I wanted wasn’t available, and many hangers had the wrong sizes, which wasted a lot of time. On top of that, some other products I expected weren’t on the shelves. Good store overall, but clothing organization and stock could definitely improve.

Generally all staff great however past 2 days I’ve been to collect a parcel and I can’t. Wouldn’t mind if politely told really sorry not available at this moment. Despite the fact advertises can collect at these times.. I instead told we don’t have enough staff no apology no even looking in my direction and talking to another member of staff despite not enough to just give me my parcel. Really bad customer service should not be working in a customer facing post .

I wasn’t happy with the customer service I got when I was in the store last week. When I asked for a bag, the colleague was quite aggressive and then just walked off, so I had to get it myself. That was really difficult for me because I can’t walk long distances easily. Her attitude felt disrespectful, and I think colleagues like this need retraining. They really shouldn’t be working on the tills since that’s the first point of contact with customers.The colleagues name was Nhyna in-which i had to get from another colleague as I went back to the customer service desk to take this further.Just

Awful experience. I’ve waited over 2 hours for my Uber Eats order and it still hasn’t been delivered. After contacting Uber, I was told the driver had already been waiting for more than an hour because the order hadn’t even been packed or completed yet, despite the app showing “shopping completed.” I needed a few items to cook dinner and now I won’t be able to because it’s so late and I don’t have the ingredients I needed. The delivery was meant to be between 20-30 minutes, not over 2 hours! I made my order at 17:44 and it’s now 20:02! I’m incredibly annoyed and disappointed by the extreme l
