Had a lovely experience at Nando’s. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and approachable throughout our visit. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with a smile, especially Jade & Sebb. Ordered recently, and order was incorrect. Received a fino pitta which was basically empty. I didn’t have any special requirements on the initial order. Often I find this particular branch is lazy with orders, especially over the last few months. Ordering in store is okay, but again, often orders are messed up. The plus side is most members (excluding management) of staff are friendly. However, I won’t be going back to this branch.

Had an absolutely spot-on meal at Nando’s Selly Oak, and I’ve got to give a big shoutout to Chef Gevick. The butterfly chicken was cooked to perfection — tender, juicy, and packed with flavour in every bite, with that ideal char on the outside. But the real standout for me was the loaded chips. They were unreal — perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and loaded generously without being overdone. Every mouthful was spot on, and you could tell real care went into getting the balance just right. It’s not often everything on the plate hits that level, but this did. Massive credi
