Me and my friends went to Cafe Nero late today so that we could claim our weekly £1 drink. We regularly go to this cafe Nero in Newcastle under Lyme. I always claim 2 three mobile codes, one for me and one for my mother, who does not use her own codes. On this particular occasion, I ordered my drink and was ready to pay £1. I scanned my code and was met with an extremely rude, incompetent and unwelcoming worker. A blond lady in her 30's was on the register and scanned my code. I have visited around 700 caffe Neros in many countries and I can assure you this one is the worst one by far!! There is a handful of workers are nice but there's one worker ( blonde hair middle aged short haired white women with a accent and wears glasses) who is extremely incompetent and does not have any experience with customer care and set out clearly that she does not get paid enough to provide a sufficient amount of customer care - she's very rude staring me and my family up and down like we were dirt. The place is filthy with tables still having stains and sofas having crumbs and spill

Lovely comfortable cafe right on the high street and lots of space inside - comfortable chairs tables and sofas all available. Coffee a little strong for my taste so be aware of how much milk you need -
