Please be careful when ordering food from this restaurant. I had ordered today evening chicken shish kebab. There were also couple other orders and for one customer they did not do according to order . The customer has already opened the food and inspected or whatever and took it to the counter. She took it aside removed some things from it just repacked it and gave to me. When I asked her she said some silly excuses Actually a risk exposed food is given to another customer as repacked Please be careful when ordering. It means poor hygiene practice by the staff

PLEASE READ REVIEWS FIRST! I didn't and paid the price! Ordered from justeat here. 2 hours after ordering and delivery delayed for third time on app I rang up (have never rang a restaurant in my life for ETA). Man on phone very rude and said he had no trace of my order and they don't deliver to my location. Told him I ordered on justeat and they gave me ETA, man on phone argued and said no and to cancel my order then hung up on me. Worst restaurant I have experienced in my life and never order again, have submitted a report to justeat. Read my other other reviews, I'm positive about 99% pos

Please don’t waste your money it’s not worth it Ordered this at 12pm after a long day at work just wanted to have a nice meal and relax with the missus and the food came at 1:15 I ordered wings that was way too salty and hard couldn’t eat it the 2 chicken pieces looked like they was holding it for hours we had peperoni pizza that had 2 pieces of pepperoni on it

I only give it a 1star on service due to the lovely lady who took my order, food definitely a no as only got a donner kebab and it was to greasy and you know when the kebab has been left for some time in the warm water to keep it fresh but way to long so tasted like rubber and every now and then you get a good bit. Was meant to get 2 pitta bread but only got one. The salad looked better to eat then the kebab. Not sure what has happened but cosmos in Basildon use to be the best place to get a kebab but after what I saw and the food I've just had its definitely gone down hill save your money and
