Definitely an undiscovered jem that ought to blow up on Tiktok! I think this is one of the best south east london breakfasts i have had. There are so many breakfasts on offer at Sals. I have been once or twice before and had other breakfasts. They have chosen great names for each dish like psycho sid that I would love to know the story behind. This breakfast works because it doesnt push too far away from a typical breakfast and yet its presentation and lack of grease elevates it. It was a very nice place to have your breakfast, but not only. Clean restaurant with busy bees staff. They moved quite fast with the orders, and we didn't wait too long until they brought it to the table. The only downside is that it is CASH ONLY, really inconvenient as most of us we don't use much cash anymore.

Definitely one of the best cafes in the area, I've always been greeted with smiles from every member of staff. The food is consistently good , there always a well presented plate that will satisfy the biggest hunger. The range of different dishes are astounding. I highly recommend Sal's to anyone.

The owners are absolutely lovely! We felt very welcome to spend a bit of time here with a very disgruntled and tired toddler. The owner got out of her way to help out toddler, too. Couldn't recommend enough the service and the atmosphere!
