This is my local McDonalds (still 5 miles away). The amount of times I've been told to park up, wait for food, then once handed to me, I then drive home only to find a meal missing or happy meal missing. This has happened again today... I understand mistakes happen, but its literally a major problem at this branch!! Get in touch as I want my money back for the following missing items. chicken nugget happy meal and double quarter pounder and fries

Changed a lot since I last visited. It seems a lot smaller now. Hamburger was quick and luke warm, and that's being generous . Nice leather sofa is the highlight if I were eating in.

OMFG well to start off not all the staff at this maccys are the same, I ordered a banana milkshake and a ig Mac meal which I was told can you park up. So I did 25 minutes later I decided to get out my car and asked where my order was. I was told to move as I'm blocking the drive through... Rude so I asked them again yet it was just sat on the side stone cold. The manager didn't even say anything he just looked at me. Your day team are brilliant but your night shift on 30/03/2026 are shocking.
