Beautiful location. I would give 4 1/2 stars if possible. But we had a great timen(with few little flaws) therefore 5 ist fairer then 4. Live music: the singer and the guitarist were (very) good...but missing some charisma and entertainment quality. Good voice, good skills but... Drinks: we ordered few Zombies...tasty but missing the right amount of alcohol. The sugar wasn't burned and even after asking a waiter to light it up again it stayed 'cold'. Food: we ordered tapas...they were good and tasteful but each of them were cold. Some more heat would have been great.

What brilliant decor and service, definite must visit as we did for the happy hour cocktails. But and its a fairly big but please get the Gents toilets sorted out upstairs! After climbing the 3 sets of stairs to find the hand dryers weren't working and the only thing left to dry your hands with was an exposed toilet roll holder, I did expect more. Otherwise an enjoyable experience taking in the decor

EDIT: I was asked by the management - who was not onsite to dela with the situation - to remove the images. And I did so, as I am concerned of could be held against me. Again, you go to a place, your order food, it never arrives, you are sent out of the premises, the group was not refunded, and you are still being the wrong here. I can guarantee if it was the other way around, our images would be hanging on the Internet. Oh, and my other friend left with some drink vouchers, as it would sort the whole festival of horror we went through with everyone in the bar watching and not understanding.
