Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch (Doncaster, York Rd). I ordered via the kiosk and had to wait an incredibly long time just for a simple takeaway. When I finally received my food, the entire paper bag was soaked in grease and felt disgusting to touch. Upon opening it, more than half of my fries had spilled out into the oily bag, making them completely inedible. The worst part was the staff's attitude. Watch for the fries not being cooked, the top several ones were fine but underneath them they were practically raw! I complained to management who fobbed me off with some story about the oil change being a reason when it was quite clear they hadn't been cooked properly! Refused to give me proper cooked fries too! That was at Handsworth branch! Unbelievable! 😡😡🤬

Ordered a milkshake. All was good with the drink but the staff in the kitchen were extremely rude and ignored me as I came back from the toilet to collect my order. Good on the cleaning staff for letting me know where my order was left carelessly. Atmosphere was meh quite empty but loud nevertheless. Would not recommend going unless you are ordering online delivery. Doubt the food quality is any good though!

Very slow service. Food barely Luke warm every time you go and by time you walk over to your table chips cold and soggy. I never complain. Just eat the cold food as hungry and say I'm never going again but still do end up going. Went yesterday with my partner and son. Was not busy but waited 10 minutes for food. By time took food to table fries cold and soggy cost for fries about £2.50. Also quarter pounder with cheese like warm. So finally decided to ask for a warm portion of fries and took the cold ones back. The server gave me another portion of large fries and said they were fresh. I ope
