Lovely place with wonderful service and really friendly staff. The service was quick and the whole place felt clean and welcoming. There’s plenty of space with lots of seating choices — comfy sofas, wooden chairs, and padded benches with backrests, plus tables in different shapes and heights so you can pick what suits you best. Asked for an iced drink but without ice as I travel far and wanted to enjoy the drink without it melting on the train. They gave me this as a drink. This is how much they filled the cups up.. are they unable to just fill some more milk? Very frustrating and a waste of money, she popped it in the bag before I could see the drink / how much was in the cup.. will not be returning.

Very disappointing experience. This is now the third time the loyalty app has failed to register my stamp after a purchase. When I raised it with staff, I was told there was nothing they could do except offer a paper stamp, which cannot be combined with the digital stamps I’ve already collected. After this happening repeatedly, it makes the whole loyalty scheme feel unreliable and not fit for purpose. What made the situation worse was how it was handled.
