Can’t believe this place is there a year and we only just found it. We have been saying for a while that there was a gap in the market in Blackheath for a proper non pretentious brunch place and this place fills it well. The food was fabulous and the welcome warm and sincere. Love the fact that it is genuinely dog friendly as we like to bring our two pups out with us. We will be back mid week when it is quieter to try out more of the menu and to introduce someone else to it. Will have to try a roast on a Sunday too. Owner is really lovely and very attentive. Definitely one for the favourites

February 2026: Booked it for brunch with my wife and baby. When I arrived I was a bit disappointed. The ambience doesn't appear pleasing as it looks at night. We ordered Americano, orange juice, vegan breakfast and pancakes (with egg not bacon). Americano was disappointing. It was on the bitter side (a bad shot...I know this because I do this everyday at home on my Sage barista pro)...so much for their "Coffee Coffee Coffee" advert outside. Love this restaurant for its fresh food ,great ambience and lovely accommodating staff .The cocktail Mimosas are great and tried the mushroom and spinach risotto from their new menu .It was delicious .My cousin enjoyed an omelette and her daughter who is a small eater had a pancake with fresh fruit and maple syrup .Not a scrap left on our plates ! Gill the Mangeress knows which table we like and always makes us feel welcome and like valued customers .Staff are well trained ,polite and helpful .Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful evening meal at this restaurant! Food was amazing 10/10 I had the sea bass, and it was cooked to perfection (chefs kiss) our waiter was so attentive and kept checking in on us to make sure we had drinks. Great wine menu also, the ambience inside was perfect, lighting and decor enchanced our evening. Really nice chilled music playing in the background whilst we had a good catch up! Will definitely be back for more!
