Lemme start with this Starbucks looks nice and clean and the staff look like they enjoy there Jobs and where respectful. However I just ordered my usually chai order, OAT milk ice chai very light ice. Same order week in week out. I live in fulham there's three Starbucks within walking distance of my house, I travel worldwide and get the same Starbucks order, but the Starbucks Borehamwood it tasted like just the milk no Chai flavour at all, ima assume the pumps are the issues or there's a deeper issue I cannot comment but there was no chai flavour and also in the caramel latte no caramel flavou

Miki and Alex take the time to learn their customers. I visit daily and see the same high level of customer service even when they are super busy. They accommodate people’s needs and to make sure the space is clean at all times. Mihir and Shankar have always made me feel welcome and remember my name. Little details that count. Khin also deserves a special thank you for always. Ring so lovely. As does the lady Mia who always says hello too. A fantastic start to the day welcomed by the team with smiles. Pixie

Hello I am a regular customer and having my breakfast almost 5 days a week with Starbucks. Most of your staffs are wonderful. However today 26.01.24 i ordered one latte and one ice latte to go. But the girl who made the latte was looking upset, grumpy. I waited for 15 mins and i went to ask for my order. Zero customer care, bad latte.

Worst service of any starbucks ever!! Made me the wrong size of my drink and said ‘oh we just put it in a different sized cup but it’s the same amount’ - for the record I ordered a venti and they gave me a tall drink. I think it’s fair enough to ask for the size I payed extra for!! They mixed up the whole stores orders. Train your employees better.
