This Gail's is one of the best (and I've been to a lot!). The staff is always super nice and attentive, the food is good, and so are the drinks. The inside is a bit too industrial and loud for me, but the outdoor seating is great, especially when it's sunny. Highly recommended if you visit Bracknell 😉

Wow! What a great cafe! The food is absolutely scrumptious. The variety of breads, snacks and desserts are amazing. Not sure about the lime walls and decor inside but the food is terrific!

This is one of two Gails I pass on my commute to work and is by far my favourite one. Its always clean and welcoming, service always with a smile. Overnight oats are tasty, Banana & Pecan cake is delicious with a coffee. The staff here are very knowledgable and don't hesitate to go the extra mile, the manager deserves Kudos for a well run operation. Keep up the good work.

Complaint Regarding My Experience at Gail’s Bakery Bracknell I am writing to raise a formal complaint about the service I received today at Gail’s Bakery, Bracknell. This was my first time placing a collection order with your store, and unfortunately, it has left me extremely disappointed. I had been waiting for this order all day and even set an alarm to ensure I arrived on time — especially important given that today was the switch to summertime. Despite this, when I arrived, I was told I was “too late” by approximately 7–11 minutes. What made the situation worse was the way it was handled.
