I recently visited Taco Bell and would like to share my honest feedback. The food was very good tasty and fresh. I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the food. It was a great experience from that perspective. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. The tables in the dining area were not wiped down and were quite dirty. The restrooms were also unclean, and there was no soap available in any of them to wash hands. Terrible experience. No soap or loo paper in toilets. Dirty and tatty. Hard to find a seat that wasn't ripped. Rubbish and food all over the floor. Food was ok but not an enjoyable experience.

Okay so we tried this place when it first opened and it was amazing! Food was great and was very clean. Over the last few months sadly it has gone down hill dramatically, tables are filthy, toilets not cleaned and poorly maintained, food quality has reduced significantly, staff are only present at the tills when handing out food so if you need something you are left standing there for ages, literally was left stood there once for 15 mins to ask for sauce as they hadn't restocked by the drinks machine.
