Visited their new cafe today. Pretty good experience with lovely serving staff and very nicely decorated. However no vegan cake - not even their own vegan batons available despite other batons being available to eat with the drink. Pretty good range of vegan hot chocolate drinks. Table hadn’t been wiped over and was sticky with spilled chocolate so I cleaned it myself. Quite expensive as you would expect but I would visit again for a drink

I popped into Hotel Chocolat and spotted the café, so thought we’d give it a try—and I’m so glad we did! We had two hot chocolates, one salted caramel and one hazelnut, and both were absolutely fabulous. The flavours were rich and indulgent, but the real highlight was the cream on top—it was incredible, more like a dessert than just a drink! Such a lovely treat and a great little spot to relax. We’ll definitely be back!

Love this place, staff are so friendly. I was served today by Chloe and Rhys (is that the correct spelling?) and they were so friendly, given how hot is today outside they have made my toddler's day with the ice-cream. He felt like proper customer and usually no one pays attention to kids.
