The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. They were also lovely with my dog, which I really appreciated, and they did acknowledge their mistake and provided a replacement gluten-free dish. However, I need to highlight a serious issue. I clearly communicated that I required a gluten-free meal as I have severe Coeliac, and I was initially reassured that the dish provided was safe.
