Definitely one of the busier wagas I've seen so there was a bit of a wait but the food is still good nonetheless! There are a good variety of options on the menu but it's on the pricier side compared to other places that also serve ramen in Brighton. The pork was very flavourful but I cannot say the same about the broth, just tasted a bit like salty water - wasn't terrible though. The workers are very nice and welcoming which is always nice to see.

This establishment is characterised by moderate ambience, friendly staff and great food. There was no wait in being seated upon arrival (~11am), however when leaving (~12) then there was quite a rush and possible wait until you can be seated. The server was great, enthusiastic and happy to help. Overall a great once in a time experience and lunch, however a bit pricey.

Five stars for the food and the service! I really enjoyed the Chicken Gyoza and the ramen. Everything was delicious and served quickly. Big thanks to Alina for being so helpful and kind with her recommendations—she made the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you are in Brighton!

Food is quite bland. The atmosphere is OK, no issues. A busy wagamama, quite lively. Regarding preparation and service, one main came 10 minutes after the others. Yet, the food is the main issue. It is probably the least flavourful stir fry noodles I have eaten in the UK. So bland. Ramen was only slightly better. Maybe it is more suitable for young ones tasting different food. I don't recommend coming here. There are so many better alternatives in Brighton, which offer way more delicious food, and they are within the same price range.
