Paul Golding★★★★★Stopped here on the off chance for lunch. Great pub, very friendly and warm welcome. Good selection of cask beers,1 brewed locally which supports the community. An all day menu with quite a good selection of freshly prepared food. . Can recommend the “skin on haddock and chips”, with homemade tartare sauce and mushy peas (the peas were different but really nice)
Pekka Tulokas★★★★★Visited this great pub last Sunday for a roast. And what a lovely pub it was! Initially we got lost since google maps took us to wrong Old Fleece that was luckily near. Staff called me when I was 5 minutes late and let me know where to go. Great service! Had beef roast that was veey tender and the sauca, potatos and everything was awesome. I added a bit of slat to bring the flavours our more. One of the best roasts I've had in ages! Have to also note the "Inclusive" toilet that was an experience in itself 👍

Tom★★★★Really like The Old Fleece. It's an asset to the area. The main parts of the pub have a lovely atmosphere (the older/overspill part not quite so much fun). Food is decent but at the higher end on the pricing. Beer selection could be better. All round though a really solid and beautiful pub.
