Had a really pleasant evening here. The atmosphere was calm and intimate, perfect for a relaxed meal after a long day. I ordered the beef Genovese pasta, and it was excellent — comforting, well-balanced, and full of depth. The slow-cooked onions brought a subtle sweetness that paired beautifully with the tender beef. It felt like a dish made with real care and time. Service was friendly and unobtrusive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a warm and satisfying dining experience. Would definitely come back

Absolutely fantastic food with good portions, best pasta I’ve had ever. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Even though we arrived 10 minutes before their kitchen closed (please don’t do this), they still had us and gave wonderful service. Definitely lives up to its name. If anyone asks for good restaurants in Bristol, this is the first place I’d say.

The service and atmosphere was excellent. Food was of good quality, simple and nice. We had the mushroom pasta which was tasty but slightly on the pricey side in my opinion. I would try the pizza the next time. It seemed it was a lot more ordered at this restaurant than the pasta.
