I travel to London for work most weeks and have stayed at many hotels and air bnbs. The Half Moon is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is perfect, Brockwell Park a stone's throw away and there are independent shops and cafes on your doorstep. The staff working for the establishment are simply gorgeous, beautiful energy, so helpful, and very attentive to their customers. The bedrooms are stunning. Amazing food, slight hiccup on the order but it was rectified immediately and the waiting staff were phenomenal! Polite, friendly and super attentive. Would give more stars if I could! Didn't stay in the rooms but they are incredible! Will recommend forever and never stop coming back!! 10/10!

Fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—right next to the Herne Hill station and in a lovely neighborhood. Our room was very comfy and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was a bit of street noise at night, but it didn't bother us at all. The free breakfast was a great bonus, and the beer garden in the back is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

A beautiful old pub and lovely outside area with decent albeit pricey food. The burger was fine, though nothing particularly special. My main gripe was we ordered starters which arrived at exactly the same time as our main course. When questioned the waitress just shrugged and said that is usual when seated outside. If that was the case, we wouldn’t have bothered with starters. We should have been warned when ordering.
