What a delightful pub tucked away in this welcoming corner of Brixton. As it was Easter Sunday, a few friends and I treated ourselves to a Sunday roast after hearing plenty of good things about the place, and I’m pleased to say the praise was well deserved. The friendly staff showed us straight to our pre-booked table and we settled in for a fantastic three course meal with drinks. Had a wonderful meal here. I never normally have a Sunday roast when I am eating out, as I normally find them a let down, but I had read good things about the roast here and was not disappointed. Very generous portions and absolutely delicious. Starters were also great and the staff were lovely. We are not that local and were only in the area for a gig, but honestly, I would consider coming back!
