Had a wonderful dining experience at Chandni! We started with the Masala Fish, which was delicious, but the Achari Chicken was definitely my favourite. For mains, the Nihari was an easy 11/10—rich, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The Matka Mutton Biryani was equally impressive and full of authentic flavours. We ended our meal with a cup of kadak chai, which was the perfect finish. The hospitality was warm, the ambience was welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout. Looking forward to visiting again and trying more dishes!

I recently tried the desi breakfast at Chandni Restaurant in Kingsway and ordered Platter 4: plain paratha with tawa keema and karak chai. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and easily one of the best breakfast plates I have had in a while. The highlight for me was definitely the tawa keema. It was absolutely bang on — fresh, full of flavour, and cooked with the perfect level of spice. The taste was spot on, and I honestly loved it to bits. Bitter sweet experience. I’ve been to the place a few times and the food is really nice and so is the staff. This visit was my 3rd visit of the week. On this occasion I ordered tea for the first time as I’m not a big tea drinker. At the counter the guy said do I want karak tea so I naturally said yeah expecting it in a matka cup as I was dinning in. When it arrived I realised it was not what I wanted ans it anrrived in takeout cups.
