I visited Burger King Bury today for a quick lunch and was extremely disappointed by both the customer service and the quality of my order. The woman who served me was very rude from the beginning, despite my order being simple and only for two people. After placing my order, I was told that I would need to pay extra for mayonnaise, which was not an issue. However, while I was still speaking to her, she simply walked away to serve other customers and left me standing there without finishing the conversation. I was not expecting a 5 stars costumer service as this is a fast food chain but if I could rate it below 1 I would. The lady behind the counter was rude from the begging to the end not to mention our order came completely messed up and even after asking her for some missing items she was still in that mood.

I bought a wagyu meal and they clandestinely passed off a whopper on a brioche bun as a wagyu. I’ve had the wagyu and wagyu wellington and the assistant manager and restaurant manager didn’t even bother to look into the whole prepped it or any remedy. From the other 1 star review I will stay well clear from the branch.
