They are located in the Old Market Hall so the ambience is what it is. They do have a number of tables so if you eat-in you can watch the parade of people. They do a brisk take-away business. You can also order whole pizzas to eat-in or take-away. They have a selection of soft drinks and Birra Moretti. Romano Pizzeria is a taste of Italy right in the midst of Carlisle.

Still has the amazing staff it did years ago when I discovered it. To sum it up, don't go anywhere else for pizza in Carlisle, you can't beat this place. 2021. Honestly the nicest pizza place in Carlisle, a little on the expensive side. But worth every penny. Been multiple times and haven’t been let down once.
